• Standard rentals are subject to a one (1) month minimum charge. Pro-rated thereafter
• Off-site depot storage available. Additional storage fees apply.
• Office Unit rentals are subject to a six (6) month minimum charge. Pro-rated thereafter
• On any rental pre-pay eleven (11) months’ rent and receive the 12th month free
• Renters may apply up to 50% of first six months’ rent paid toward the purchase of the rental storage unit

Sales:
• 20’ & 40’ New Units are “One Trip” Containers. These units are manufactured for us overseas and shipped to North
America with one load of cargo.
• Used Units are typically 10 -14 years old, and in “Wind & Watertight” condition.
• Prices do not include delivery. Delivery costs will vary based on final destination and quantity purchased.
• All prices must be verified at time of order

Business Leases:
• Leasing rates and terms are available on request. Must be verified at time of order and subject to application approval

General:
• All containers have been cleared by customs and all duties have been paid
• All prices are in Canadian funds and are subject to applicable taxes
