Schools & Facilities Maintenance

There are many reasons why schools need to add or reconfigure space; they can endure damage from a recent storm, undergo budget cuts, or need to add square footage and accommodate a growing population due to a nearby school closure. Schools can use steel mobile storage units or modular structures as an innovative and cost-effective way to make space for maintenance storage, classrooms, or offices.

Restoration

When wildfires or floods break out, Secure-Rite heads to the scene to provide relief storage to affected, but salvageable belongings. Using a shipping container ensures that the contents are safe from further damage and not in the way of the restoration work being conducted. This on-site storage still allows the property owner and project team to conveniently access the content as, and when necessary.

Yes! Just give us a call at 1.888.861.3955 and our Customer Service Representatives would be happy to arrange a viewing.

How quickly can you deliver?

We can typically deliver within 2-3 business days.

Is there any site preparation required prior to delivery?

Please make sure the surface is fairly level and firm. We can deliver on:

  • Cement
  • Pavement
  • Asphalt
  • Gravel, Dirt or Grass (as long as it is not too soft)

How much space is required for delivery?

The amount of space required is minimal. For a 20ft storage container, you will need approximately 60 feet of straight clearance. For a 40ft container, you will need approximately 120 feet of straight clearance. The width requirement is approximately 10 feet. Up to 15 feet of overhead clearance is necessary; please ensure there are no overhead wires or branches that may obstruct during delivery.

How is the container delivered?

The driver will back into your site, raise the truck or trailer tilt-deck up, and gently lower one end of the container to the ground. The truck then slides out from under the container while using the tilt-deck to carefully lower the container to the ground.

Container door direction: When the driver backs up to place the container down, the container doors will either come off first (doors facing rear of truck) or last (doors facing cab of truck). Please confirm BEFORE delivery which way you would like the doors facing.
