Moving Tips
When packing your container, here are a few tips to keep in mind:
- Keep heavy items on the bottom and lighter items on top
- When possible, distribute the heavier items evenly over the length of the container
- Containers have D-Ring tie-down points every 3’ along the top and bottom of the walls. These are great for attaching straps or rope to help secure heavy or fragile items.
- Pack last the items you will need first at your new home (Kitchen and Bedrooms)
