A big thank you to all the respondents who participated in the Customer Satisfaction Survey we conducted during the Fall. The results were informative and exciting! The key results included:
•100% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with their container rental or purchase
•96% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with the purchase experience
•95% of respondents were either satisfied or very satisfied with the delivery and installation of their container
